The most perfect studio lunch today – a delicious piece of squidgy Mont D’Or cheese (from Budgens no less!) on lovely yeasty Scandinavian black bread. Followed by a cup of tea….  all about small pleasures this afternoon. Sun’s shining too!

Feeling Especially Super

We’re taking part in the Super Christmas Market at Somerset House this year. No, our name’s not on the flyer, but we’ll be there selling a host of specially created pieces.

Friday 18 December –  6pm to 9pm
Saturday 19 through Tuesday 22 December – 11am to 8pm

Entrance fee includes admission to the nearby ShowStudio exhibition, but not the ice rink (sorry).

*** One Night in November ***

We’re taking part in a small designer/maker sale on 26 November.
There will be plenty of great gifts, fancy stocking fillers, and other pieces of lovely loot on sale.
I’ll be spending the next 3 weeks making tree decorations - come get ‘em while they’re still edible!

Committment non-issue

We’ve signed up to 10:10.
Now we’ve just got to persuade the rest of the building to do so too and we’ll be getting somewhere.

We’re committing to: ride our bikes throughout the whole winter; to wear thermals instead of always resorting to the heater;
to change our courier firm to Zero; to help our clients make better use of design in media other than print;
to assess how we can do better through our work with suppliers; and by putting a great big reminder to Reduce on the studio to-do list every week.
