Tickety Boo

image

Gosh….
We just got a big old mention in I.D Magazine about our clock, that’s International Design Magazine of course, not the iconic British style rag. I’m all for a bit of Stateside mentioning, makes a wet Tuesday morning that wee bit better…. roll on Chicago/NY/LA sales.

If you want to enter the sweepstake to win a blue one, look here.
If you’d just like to buy one (oh go on) you can do so here.

*** One Night in November ***

image

We’re taking part in a small designer/maker sale on 26 November.
There will be plenty of great gifts, fancy stocking fillers, and other pieces of lovely loot on sale.
I’ll be spending the next 3 weeks making tree decorations - come get ‘em while they’re still edible!

image

So, the window boxes have been out on the sill for two weeks, and still no flowers… the phrase ‘watched pot’ comes to mind… hmmmm

Beaky

image

Freaky - I saw a huge male pheasant in the middle of Kilburn yesterday morning - didn’t get a picture - sorry - but it so shocked me that I thought I would put it up here and ask for any other urban freak beaked sightings. I thought “well, there’s a sign of climate change” before remembering that pheasants are the countryside’s silliest birds, and that it was probably confused and lost rather than displaced and lonely… or perhaps it was coming to visit some London ladies…. who knows!
