Missing you today and always in my heart and thoughts. I still have my "Timbo Tree " to remind me. Let me explain...it was the week you passed and Owen ( four yrs old ) made a large drawing of a Christmas tree complete with cut out ornaments. He explained that he had seen me so sad and thought I needed " a little Christmas " to make me feel better. Never knowing it was your birthday, he even wrapped groceries like presents.It has been over year plus and your " Timbo tree " still stands in our dining room. There is not a day which passes in which I am not reminded of you, think of you, laugh with you, love you, and of course miss you. It's a lovely day for a birthday I reckon, the snowstorm is pounding our windows and the house rattles in the wind. Won't be going anywhere today. My initial thought was 'I wonder where in the world Tim is celebrating his birthday this year', a split second of course. I know you are celebrating wherever you are. Mamma and Siggi send their love to your mum, Jim and James, I hope they are nice and cosy somewhere and that their hearts aren't too heavy. Have been thinking of you so much. Always do. Am off to Oz to see Karen and Mark, I'll be with them for part of Christmas and New Year. I haven't seen Mark since you died, so I know it will be emotional for us all. We love you. We miss you. I'm determined to have a great time for you Tim! I only learned today of Tim's passing. I just can't believe he's gone. We were good friends back in his teenage days in Swansea, South Wales. Our parents were good friends. Tim was an extremely caring and loving guy. He was a fantastic friend. He'd do anything for anyone. We lost touch when he moved away. Much love to "aunty" Lynne, Jim and James. Thinking of you all. Will be in touch soon. x x x
